Bula Outsourcing, a Suva based company established last year, has come forward to support Fiji’s efforts in providing relief and humanitarian assistance to Tonga, in light of the Hunga Tonga-Hunga Ha’apai volcanic eruption and the subsequent tsunami.
In the true spirit of our Pacific Vuvale, Bula Outsourcing has generated a cash donation with the hope to contribute towards Tonga’s recovery.
Chief Executive Officer for Bula Outsourcing, Clive Kirkpatrick, presented the cheque to the Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Mr Yogesh Karan, at the Fiji Ministry of Foreign Affairs Headquarters.
Mr Kirkpatrick said they are honoured to complement the joint efforts of the Fijian Government and the Tongan community in Fiji, to assist Tonga.
“When one of your brothers get hurt, it’s our duty to reach forth and lend a hand, so we feel honoured that we have been able to assist our brothers and sisters in Tonga. It’s our obligation to help during this time of need.”
“I thank PS Yogesh Karan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for their dedication to helping the families in Tonga.”
Mr Karan acknowledged Mr Kirkpatrick and his team for their generous support and noted that such collaboration signifies our region’s solidarity in building back better in the face of adverse challenges.
Established in 2021, with a joint leadership team based in Australia and in Suva, Bula Outsourcing is a preeminent servicer of a cross-section of Industries across New Zealand, Australia, with the vision of reinvesting back in the communities and embodying the Bula culture.
