The Fiji Embassy in Beijing was established on 11 July 2001 to represent and promote the interests and key priorities of the Government of Fiji in the Peoples Republic of China. As the official representation of Fiji, the Embassy covers all matters concerning diplomatic relations between Fiji and China. It represents Fiji’s interests in the areas of political, economic and financial affairs, legal arrangements, science, education and culture, climate change adaptation and mitigation, international development cooperation and humanitarian aid.
