Ms Keleni Seruvatu, Director Multilateral Affairs, at the Fiji Ministry of Foreign Affairs [MFA] spoke to the Leadership Fiji 2024 cohort on the Fiji World session.
In her presentation, Ms Seruvatu provided an overview on the importance of Fiji’s diplomatic relations at the global and regional arena.
She also shared her perspectives on the Multilateralism and MFA’s role in promoting Fiji’s footprint through negotiations undertaken at the Bilateral and Multilateral engagements.
The Leadership Fiji expressed their gratitude and appreciation to Ms. Seruvatu for a delivering an outstanding presentation that inspired and empowered the Leadership Fiji participants on the role of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Fiji and importance of Fiji’s diplomatic relations and foreign services in promoting global peace and prosperity.
The Leadership Fiji looks forward for similar collaboration with MFA for future programs.
This is the 2nd time Ms. Seruvatu spoke to the Leadership Fiji cohort. She also participated in last years Leadership Fiji session on Fiji and the World.
Participants asked questions and were very engaging during the Session”.
Other speakers that also participated at different Sessions included NZ High Commissioner Charlotte Darlow, John Degory Deputy Chief of Mission for the US Embassy, Ambassador Kaliopate Tavola, Supervisor of Elections Ms. Ana Mataiciwa, and Mr. Ashraf from the World Bank.
