It is with great pleasure and honor that I assume the role of Fiji’s High Commissioner to Malaysia. This momentous occasion marks the re-opening of the High Commission following a brief hiatus, reaffirming our commitment to revive the Bula Maleya concept and further renew and elevate the diplomatic, economic, and cultural ties between Fiji and Malaysia. In addition to Malaysia, the High Commission is concurrently accredited to Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, Cambodia, as well as to UNESCAP and other International Organizations and Forums based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Fiji is rapidly becoming a hub for business, cultural exchange, and educational opportunities. In addition to these services, the High Commission provides consular assistance to Fijian nationals residing and studying in Malaysia including those in sporting contracts, as well as in the countries to which we are accredited. Our consular services include passport renewal, registration of minors born outside Fiji, issuance of Certificates of Identity for lost passports, and much more.
